About Allison

My wildest dream is the end of global hunger. By that I mean the end of hunger and poverty in the developing world, and the end of emotional and spiritual hunger in our world.  As a coach I work with clients who have a hunger for more in their lives. It doesn't matter what the dream is.... It's all about discovering your personal dream and then striving to achieve it. 

I work with individuals and teams to improve communication, team building, leadership, management, partnership, and diversity.  For 25 years I have focused on training and developing people to grow and change.  Real behavioral change and long term performance improvement requires identifying appropriate goals and objectives and developing strategies and action plans to achieve success.  My approach is to identify the root cause of issues along with solutions that include specific action plans to improve performance.

As an international speaker, I have addressed audiences worldwide including North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa.  I am passionate about understanding the impact of culture and diversity on communication and relationships.
